This support portal should be used for raising any issues relating to Syncsort Optimize IDMS (EZ-IDMS) or Syncsort Optimize DB2 (EZ-DB2) products.

Support staff will be notified immediately of any issues raised via the portal.

If you require urgent support for a production issue, then please call +44 56 0065 8429 to be routed to on-call support.

You can also still use the ex-Cogito support mailbox: support@cogito.co.uk which will forward your email to all support personnel.
